Kirsten Simone is a famous American writer and actor from the United States. Her name was famous for her character Penelope Garcia on the TV show Criminal Minds, a police procedural/crime show. Kirsten Vangsness appeared as Penelope Garcia in the tv show Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, and in its two spin-offs, including Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour. While she is primarily an actress for TV, she has also done some small roles in films since making her first appearance in the show business in the year 1998. Her roles have been notable in films like "In My Sleep, 'The Chicago 8", as well as 'Kill Me, Deadly.' Her writings have appeared in The Los Angeles Times. As well as a playwright she wrote 3 episodes of Criminal Minds. She assists in rescuing, rehabilitation and adopts abandoned and injured animals.
